Sorrow is a sacred visitor, one many of you encounter in these times. It need not have a name or reason, for its roots often stretch beyond this lifetime, deeper than memory. What matters is that you allow it to flow through your heart. Sorrow, when met with open arms, becomes a bridge to a profound gift: awareness.
Your sorrow may arise from loss—of a loved one, a dream, or even the tender ache of unfulfilled potential. It may be a yearning for moments unlived or paths untaken. But the form it takes does not matter, for sorrow is universal. It is your river to cross. Let the tears cleanse your heart and guide you forward. Stroke by stroke, with courage and trust, swim through the waters of sorrow. The far bank is waiting, bathed in light, offering a new beginning.
Here, before you, I place the violet flame—a gift of transformation and renewal. Step from the river into its warmth. Let the fire burn away what no longer serves, purifying your spirit, so you may walk forward fully aware, alive, and unburdened. The flame will always be here, as will the path.

Abandon the patterns and behaviours you have adopted from others. Let go of what they think you must do or be. Only you can know you. Open up to your potential and truely live this human experience.
